Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing plans under a BCBA guidance and using evidence-based techniques to teach essential skills. You’ll need patience, compassion, and teamwork, with comprehensive training provided.

Pay range is $20.00 - $29.00 per hour. The role requires standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans under a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and monitor progress as part of a team.
