Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in a one-on-one setting. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized plans and teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.

No prior experience required; comprehensive training is provided. Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, pass background checks, obtain CPR/First Aid,

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
• Background check required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and evidence-based techniques.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills; reduce interfering behaviors.
