Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized intervention plans under a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate and team-oriented.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Candidates must obtain an RBT certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior plans.
• Collaborate with a BCBA under supervision.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Ensure safety and well-being of clients in a supportive team environment.
