Job summary

Centria Autism in Michigan is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA's guidance.

No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training. Candidates should be patient, compassionate, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. CPR/First Aid and background checks may be required. Pay ranges $18–$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
• Assist with activities requiring movement and lifting up to 50 pounds.
