Job summary

Centria is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to join our team in the United States. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and a TB test.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Candidate will obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Contribute to reducing interfering behaviors and promote child development.
