Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.

We emphasize patient, compassionate, team-oriented people and provide comprehensive training. The role involves physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion to work with children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
