Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors; no prior experience required.

Training provided to empower every new teammate. The role involves standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and collaborating with a dedicated team;

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion for children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow guidance.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and background check.

Responsibilities
