Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under the guidance of a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

Join a dedicated team and receive comprehensive training. The role involves standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and adapting to the dynamic needs of our clients. Pay is $19-$20 per hour, with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if not done in the last year)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, stand, bend, etc.)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence‑based techniques.
