Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized intervention plans under a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while supporting the child’s goals in a team setting.

We offer comprehensive training; no prior experience required. Candidates should be patient, compassionate, and able to stand, walk, lift, and move as needed, with pay range $17-$20

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism
• 18+ years of age
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Support BCBA guidance and collaborate with the team
