Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one, implementing individualized intervention plans under a BCBA, teaching communication and daily living skills with evidence-based techniques.

We provide comprehensive training and a supportive team environment. The role involves physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds, with pay range $17-$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and a TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move and position the body in various ways.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence-based techniques.
