Centria Autism is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, delivering evidence-based behavior interventions under a BCBA. You’ll help teach communication, social and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

The role emphasizes teamwork, patient and compassionate care, with comprehensive training provided to new hires. Candidates must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping children with autism.
• Patient, empathetic and team oriented.
• 18+ years of age with HS diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test; background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one intervention under BCBA guidance.
