Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism, delivering one-on-one interventions under the supervision of a BCBA. You will teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based approaches, while staying patient and collaborative in a team environment.

Comprehensive training is provided. You must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and obtain a Registered Behavior Technician certification after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Able to work in a team and be patient.
• 18+ years of age; high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based methods.
• Monitor and document progress and adapt strategies as needed.
