Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, delivering evidence-based interventions under the guidance of a BCBA. You will help teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors, with comprehensive training provided.

The role emphasizes teamwork, compassionate patient care, and physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• One-on-one work with children affected by autism.
• Implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Assist in reducing interfering behaviors as part of treatment.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test within onboarding.
• Pass pre-employment background check.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities
