Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with young children in a center-based ABA setting. You will deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, track progress, and help children feel safe enough to try new skills.

We offer paid training to become an RBT, strong clinical mentorship, and a career pathway to BCBA through our Rise Scholarship program. Full-time benefits include health coverage, PTO, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Full-time availability Monday-Friday, between 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Reliability – showing up for scheduled hours and staying on top of administrative tasks
• Resilience and compassion, especially on the tough days
• Interest in psychology, education, healthcare, or human services; experience with children is a plus
• Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment

Responsibilities

• Delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), guided by individualized treatment plans
• Building skills through play, connection, and the presence that helps a child feel safe enough to try
• Tracking progress and documenting sessions using ABA technology
• Creating a safe, positive environment for every child you work with
• Preparing for your RBT certification exam within your first 45 days
