Job summary

Caravel Autism Health seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to support children with autism in a center-based setting. You will work 1:1 with young children, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis under BCBA guidance and documenting progress using ABA tools.

We provide paid training to become an RBT, strong clinical mentorship, and a clear pathway toward leadership roles. Full-time hours are Monday–Friday, with comprehensive benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to obtain RBT certification within 45 days with company support.
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient with children.
• Interest in psychology, education, healthcare, or human services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA with individualized plans.
• Work 1:1 with children aged 18 months to 6 years who have autism.
• Track progress and document sessions using ABA technology.
• Create a safe, positive environment for each child.
• Prepare for RBT certification within 45 days of employment.
