Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children ages 18 months to 6 years in a center-based ABA setting. The role centers on delivering one-to-one therapy under BCBA supervision, using individualized plans and careful progress tracking.

You will participate in paid training to obtain RBT certification, with mentors and peers guiding your growth. Full-time hours are Monday–Friday, with competitive benefits and a path to advancement.

• Ability to manage schedules and administrative tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy 1:1 with children aged 18 months to 6 years under BCBA supervision.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and track progress.
• Document sessions using ABA technology and maintain accurate records.
• Create a safe, positive environment for each child.
• Prepare for RBT certification within first 45 days.
