Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a full-time Behavior Technician to support children with autism in a center-based setting. You will work 1:1 with young children, delivering ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and following individualized treatment plans.

You’ll build skills through play, track progress with ABA technology, and maintain a safe, positive environment while preparing for RBT certification within 45 days.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Full-time availability Monday–Friday.
• Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment.
• No prior experience required; training provided to earn RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy 1:1 under supervision of BCBA.
• Build skills through play and positive rapport with children.
• Track progress and document sessions using ABA technology.
• Create a safe, positive environment for every child.
• Prepare for RBT certification within the first 45 days.
