Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our center-based team working with children ages 18 months to 6 years who have autism. You will deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, building skills through play and a supportive presence to help each child progress.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
• Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliability in scheduled hours and administrative tasks.
• Interest in psychology, education, healthcare, or human services; experience with children is a plus.
• Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children ages 18 months to 6 years with autism in a center-based setting.
• Deliver ABA therapy under supervision of BCBA guided by treatment plans.
• Build skills through play and presence to help child feel safe to try.
• Track progress and document sessions using ABA technology.
• Prepare for RBT certification exam within 45 days.
