Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Behavior Technician BT to work 1:1 with young children in our center-based setting. You will deliver Applied Behavior Analysis under supervision, using individualized plans and play-based approaches to help children progress.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment
• Experience with children is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children 18 months to 6 years with autism in a center-based setting
• Deliver ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA with individualized plans
• Build skills through play and connection, creating a safe, positive environment
• Track progress and document sessions using ABA technology
• Prepare for the RBT certification exam within the first 45 days
