Job summary

Caravel Autism Health in Franklin, WI is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to work 1:1 with children aged 18 months to 6 years in a center-based setting. You will deliver ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA, building skills through play and consistent presence.

You’ll receive paid training to become an RBT within 45 days, plus a career pathway to BCBA via the Rise Scholarship program and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment.
• Reliability—showing up for scheduled hours and staying on top of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 with children ages 18 months to 6 years with autism in a center-based environment.
• Delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under supervision of BCBA; guided by treatment plans.
• Tracking progress and documenting sessions using ABA technology.
