Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children ages 18 months to 6 years in a center-based setting. You will deliver ABA therapy under supervision, build skills through play, and track progress using ABA technology.

We provide paid training to become an RBT, strong clinical mentorship, and a pathway toward BCBA through our Rise Scholarship program. Full-time work Monday–Friday with competitive pay and full health benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Full-time availability Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM.
• Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy 1:1 under BCBA supervision.
• Build skills through play and presence to help children feel safe.
• Track progress and document sessions using ABA software.
