Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will help teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based methods.

Candidates should be patient, compassionate, and team-oriented. Training is provided; you may need CPR/First Aid cert and TB test, and a BACB RBT certification within 45 days of onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• High school diploma or GED required; CPR/First Aid cert and TB test needed.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Ensure safety and engage children in activities; lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
