Centria Autism is looking for enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and a Tuberculosis test.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Assist in teaching communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA guidance.
• Perform duties with safety and care for children up to 50 pounds.
