Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in one-on-one sessions, implementing individualized behavior plans under a BCBAa. You will teach communication, social and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors, while growing within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Able to obtain CPR, First Aid certification and tuberculosis test.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Support and guide children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Follow instructions from a BCBA and use evidence-based techniques to reduce interfering behaviors.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure consistent and effective interventions.
