Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, delivering individualized intervention plans under BCBA supervision. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills while maintaining safety and a supportive team environment.

Training is provided; candidates should be patient and compassionate, able to stand/walk for long periods, and commit to obtaining RBT certification after

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with children with autism.
• Strong teamwork and communication with BCBA supervision.
• Willingness to learn and apply autism-specific intervention techniques.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Graduate safety and support during activities and transitions.
• Complete onboarding and obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification after onboarding.
