Job summary

Centria is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will help teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques while ensuring safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age required.
• CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test required.
• Pass pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• RBT certification must be obtained after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Collaborate with a BCBA and team to support each child’s progress.
• Maintain safety during activities and adjust to each child’s needs.
