Job summary

Ready Set Connect is seeking dedicated individuals to join us as an ABA Therapist. You will provide direct, one-on-one ABA services to children with autism under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized treatment plans to support skill development and independence.

The role involves center-based and school-based work, 30–40 hours weekly, with occasional weekend hours, data collection, team collaboration, and strict adherence to BACB ethics and guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills; adaptable in dynamic settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in center-based and school settings.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by the BCBA.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills using evidence-based strategies.
• Record accurate data on client progress and maintain session notes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, families and school staff regularly.
• Set up therapy materials and adapt materials to individual client needs.
