Job summary

Ready Set Connect Autism Centers is hiring an ABA Therapist to provide one-to-one ABA services for children with autism in center- and school-based settings. You will work under a BCBA to implement individualized behavior plans and help children develop communication and daily living skills.

The role is full-time, 30–40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday with one weekend day per month. Training is provided, and benefits include health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in center-based and school-based settings.
• Follow and implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based strategies.
• Address and manage challenging behaviors using ABA and safety care techniques.
• Record accurate data on client progress and maintain thorough session notes.
• Report concerns to the supervising BCBA promptly.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, school staff, and families.
• Set up therapy materials and adapt approaches for each child.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain safety and professional conduct during sessions.
