Job summary

Connect ABA + Therapy is seeking a Behavioral Support Technician to assist children with autism in home, school, and community settings. You will implement individualized plans under a BCBA and help clients acquire essential life skills.

The role emphasizes compassionate, reliable support, thorough data recording, and collaboration with families and professionals to ensure consistent ABA interventions across environments.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and document data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Implement BIPs designed by the BCBA to meet client needs.
• Work one-on-one with clients using ABA methods (DTT, naturalistic teaching).
• Record and document client behavior and progress.
• Support clients in communication, social, self-care, and daily living skills.
• Create a positive learning environment that promotes engagement.
• Collaborate with BCBA and professionals to ensure consistency across settings.
• Maintain clear communication with families and team members.
