Job summary

Ready Set Connect Autism Centers in Tilton, New Hampshire, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as ABA Therapists. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services to children with autism, under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans in center and school-based settings.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and school-based settings.
• Follow and implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.
• Use evidence-based strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Address and manage challenging behaviors using appropriate ABA and safety care techniques.
• Record accurate data and maintain session notes; report concerns to the supervising BCBA.
