Job summary

Ready Set Connect is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide 1:1 ABA services to children with autism under BCBA supervision. Implement individualized plans to develop communication, social, and daily living skills in center-based and school settings.

The role requires strong teamwork with BCBAs, teachers, and families, plus data collection and adherence to BACB ethics. Training is provided; full-time hours and a Saturday/Sunday per month requirement are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in center-based and school-based settings.
• Follow and implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.
• Use evidence-based strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Address and manage challenging behaviors using ABA and safety techniques.
• Record accurate data on client progress and behavior during sessions.
• Maintain thorough session notes and report concerns to the BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, school staff, and families.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development.
• Set up and adapt therapy materials and environments for clients.
