Job summary

Ready Set Connect in Concord, NH is seeking dedicated individuals to join us as an ABA Therapist. You will provide direct, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans to support skill acquisition and independence.

Training is provided and the role is full-time (30–40 hours/week) with occasional Saturday/Sunday hours per month. Salary is $23 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in center-based and school-based settings.
• Follow individualized behavior plans designed by the BCBA.
• Document data, progress notes, and report concerns to supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, families, and school staff.
• Prepare therapy materials and adapt teaching to individual needs.
