Job summary

Ready Set Connect is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism and related needs. The role is supervised by a BCBA and involves implementing individualized treatment plans to support skill acquisition and independence in school and center settings.

Training is provided. This full-time position averages 30–40 hours per week, with Monday–Friday hours 7:45 a.m.–5:15 p.m. and one Saturday or Sunday per month, schedule varies by location and needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or behavioral challenges (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy incenter-based and school-based settings.
• Follow and implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.
• Use evidence-based strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Address and manage challenging behaviors using ABA and safety care techniques.
• Record accurate data on client progress and maintain session notes.
• Report concerns to the supervising BCBA promptly.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, school staff, and families to ensure consistency.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain therapy materials and adapt approaches to individual client needs.
