Job summary

LOGAN Community Resources, Inc. seeks a BCaBA to lead ABA services, supervise front-line staff, and develop treatment plans.

You will work directly with clients, coordinate with clinical leadership, and ensure documentation and billing accuracy within our autism services program. Ideal candidates have BCaBA certification, a relevant master’s degree, and a commitment to culturally competent care for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification required and BACB credentialing process outlined.
• Master’s degree in psychology or related field; BCBA progress encouraged.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorders and ABA programs.
• Ability to supervise front-line staff and provide training.
• Excellent communication with families and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-line ABA supervision and program development.
• Develop, monitor and adjust treatment plans with insurance review.
• Provide direct therapy and crisis prevention training as needed.
• Collaborate with Senior BCBA/Clinical Director for program quality.
• Document services accurately in EMR and coordinate with billing.
