Job summary

LOGAN Community Resources seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs for children and adolescents. The role focuses on supervision, program development, and ensuring high-quality care for clients served by LOGAN’s Child & Adolescent Services team.

You will supervise staff, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with insurers for authorization while maintaining professional boundaries and cultural competency in a nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of service if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervision of Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Develop, monitor, and modify the implementation of ABA treatment plans.
• Present treatment plans to insurance providers to obtain authorization or continuation of care.
• Complete assessments for assigned clients and ensure high-quality ABA services.
• Maintain health and safety standards for individuals served; advocate for clients.
