Job summary

LOGAN Community Resources, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Level 1 to join our Child & Adolescent Services team in Indiana. This role focuses on supervising front-line staff implementing ABA programs and developing individualized treatment plans.

The BCBA will report to a Clinical Director or Senior BCBA, with opportunities for growth toward Senior BCBA titles and a structured incentive program for performance and quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or related field.
• BCBA certification required and valid licensure.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ABA programs.
• Ability to supervise staff and develop treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervision of Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Develop and monitor ABA treatment plans.
• Coordinate with families and insurance payors.
• Ensure safety and quality of care.
