LOGAN Community Resources is a non-profit organization in Michiana focused on supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) will train and supervise front-line staff implementing ABA programs and develop treatment plans for clients, reporting to a Senior BCBA or Assistant Clinical Director.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, crisis management, and ensuring high-quality services across autism supports

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in psychology or related field or progress toward BCBA.
• Strong knowledge of autism spectrum disorder, including assessment and treatment.
• Excellent ability to communicate with families and other professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise front-line staff implementing ABA programs.
• Develop, monitor and modify treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy for clients as needed.
• Train staff and supervise program development and implementation.
• Ensure safety and ethical delivery of services.
