Job summary

LOGAN Community Resources, Inc. seeks a BCaBA to lead supervision of front-line staff in Autism Services and to supervise ABA program implementation. This role reports to a Senior BCBA or Clinical Director and requires strong communication with families and professional teams.

Your responsibilities include supervising staff, developing treatment plans, providing direct therapy as needed, and coordinating with insurance for authorizations. Commitment to high-quality ABA services is essential.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification through BACB.
• Master's Degree in Psychology or related field, or BCBA track in progress.
• BCABA certification must be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with timeliness and treatment plan submissions.
• Supervise Behavior Technicians and supervise ABA program revisions.
• Provide direct therapy for clients as needed.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans and client progress.
• Coordinate with insurance for authorizations and billing.
