Job summary

Intercept Health seeks a Clinical Supervisor of ABA Services to lead and supervise behavioral therapy programs for children diagnosed with autism in our Virginia center and home settings. You will oversee ABA client programming and supervise behavior technicians delivering direct services.

The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification with a master's or bachelor's in Behavior Analysis or related fields and has relevant supervisory experience in ABA services.

Qualifications

• BCBA in good standing required.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Childhood Development, or related field.
• Experience implementing ABA with autism or developmental disabilities; supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise ABA programs for children with autism in center and home settings.
• Provide clinical oversight to ABA client programming.
• Supervise behavior technicians delivering direct services.
