Job summary

LOGAN Community Resources, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Level 1 to lead the ABA programs within Child & Adolescent Services. The role focuses on training front-line staff, supervising program delivery, and developing treatment plans for individuals served.

The position reports to a Clinical Director or Senior BCBA and offers growth toward Senior BCBA levels with annual incentive opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field.
• BCBA certification and Medicaid/insurance credentialing.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in state of service where required.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ABA training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise ABA program implementation for staff.
• Provide direct therapy for clients as needed.
• Develop, monitor, and modify treatment plans; present plans to insurers for authorization.
• Manage caseloads and supervise technicians and staff.
• Ensure health and safety of individuals served and maintain professional boundaries.
