Job summary

FASTSIGNS of Austin - Burnet Rd is seeking a driven sales professional to prospect by phone and in person, build quotes with our design team, and close projects. You will visit 10-20 businesses weekly and engage in chamber events to grow your network while collaborating with our production team.

You will manage a CRM pipeline, own relationships after the sale, and earn a base salary plus uncapped commissions with a ramp that supports learning.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a role where you owned a sales number.
• Comfort making a high volume of calls and visiting businesses.
• Valid Texas driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• CRM comfort and clear written communication.
• Willingness to be coached.

Responsibilities

• Make 50 to 100 outbound prospecting calls per week.
• Visit 10 to 20 businesses in person, including neighboring locations.
• Attend chamber and networking events; memberships paid by us.
• Run discovery, build quotes with the design team, and close.
• Manage your pipeline in our CRM and own accounts after the sale.
