Job summary

FASTSIGNS is hiring a Customer Service Representative in our Austin center. The role involves being the first point of contact for customers, preparing estimates, and ensuring on-time completion of orders.

You will participate in daily team meetings, assist in executing business and marketing plans, and engage with customers via email, phone, and in-person visits to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in the FASTSIGNS Center.
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Join daily team meetings and help execute business and marketing plans for the Center.
• Interact with customers via email, telephone, in-person, and on-site visits.
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long-term clients.
