Job summary

FASTSIGNS of Austin – Burnet Rd is hiring a sales-focused team member to help customers look their best with signage solutions. You will be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, guiding them from inquiry through installation while delivering outstanding service.

In this role you’ll prepare estimates, manage projects to completion, and build long-term relationships with B2B clients. A positive, proactive attitude and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Signage or print industry experience preferred.
• Advertising or creative industry experience a plus.
• Customer service experience preferred; B2B experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers via phone, email, or in person.
• Prepare estimates and manage projects to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Guide customers from first estimate to final installation.
• Turn prospects into long-term clients by building trust.
• Participate in daily team meetings and support marketing plans.
• Support ongoing success of the FASTSIGNS Center.
• Proactively reach out to customers to expand relationships.
