Lonestar Forklift, Inc. in Austin, Texas is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a sales team and drive revenue in the material handling equipment sector. The role is onsite and focuses on profitability and market penetration across the territory.

You will hire, train, and coach a sales team, set targets, manage commissions, and monitor pipeline metrics. Travel and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturers and business units are essential to success.

Qualificações

• 3 to 5 years of outside sales experience in material handling.
• Leadership experience in sales preferred.
• Post-secondary education in business, sales, marketing or related field.
• Strong cold calling and telephone marketing abilities.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook/Access).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an asset.
• Highly organized, self-starter with good time management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across the territory.

Responsabilidades

• Hire and develop a sales team based on market penetration.
• Provide ongoing sales training, coaching, and mentorship.
• Set targets and coach the team to achieve results.
• Manage monthly commissions for Sales Representatives.
• Create reports analyzing sales activity and trends.
• Use CRM to monitor and manage sales pipeline metrics.
• Target large accounts and collaborate with business units.
• Visit customers with Sales Representatives as needed.
• Drive rental revenue and partner with manufacturers as directed.
