Job summary

Miro is seeking a Workplace Coordinator to lead the Austin hub experience. You will greet employees and guests, manage front-of-house operations, and ensure a welcoming, polished environment daily.

You will oversee local operations, coordinate vendors, support events and onboarding, and act as the North America on-site anchor for service desk tasks. This role is on-site full-time in Austin.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in workplace operations, hospitality, office coordination, or a customer-facing role.
• Natural hospitality mindset delivering welcoming, people-first experiences.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple requests and meet deadlines.
• Clear, professional communication at all levels, written and verbal.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Full-time, on-site availability in Austin, TX, five days a week.
• Experience in corporate, tech, or hospitality environments with high standards.
• Comfortable learning workplace management platforms, ticketing systems, and internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Be the face and first impression of the Austin hub, welcoming employees, visitors, and guests.
• Own the front-of-house: visitor management, space readiness, hospitality setup.
• Coordinate supplies, maintenance, and building management liaison.
• Support employee experience including onboarding tours, events, and communications.
• Serve as the on-site anchor for the North America remote service desk, triage Jira tickets.
• Uphold and evolve office policies and standards for the Austin hub.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors end-to-end, schedule and follow through.
