Job summary

Miro is seeking an on-site Office/Operations Manager for the Austin hub who will lead front-of-house experiences and ensure a welcoming, efficient environment for employees and visitors. You will own visitor management, space readiness, hospitality setup, and daily presentation standards while coordinating supplies and building management tasks.

You will support employee onboarding, internal events, and workplace communications, and act as the on-site anchor for the North America remote service

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house and first impression for the Austin hub.
• Manage visitor experience, space readiness, hospitality setup and daily presentation standards.
• Ensure supplies, maintenance coordination and building management liaison.
• Support employee onboarding tours, internal events, and workplace communications.
• Serve as on-site anchor for North America remote service desk, triage Jira tickets as needed.
• Uphold and evolve Austin hub office policies and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors end-to-end to prevent issues.
