Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive new business in the Austin market. This outside sales role focuses on relationships with property managers, ownership groups, and key decision-makers.

You will prospect, present, and close opportunities within the defined territory, travel throughout the market, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success.

Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in multifamily or related industries preferred.
• Ability to prospect, generate leads, and conduct presentations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Austin market.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and field outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, ownership groups, and key decision-makers.
• Manage and grow an existing customer base within the defined territory.
• Conduct sales presentations, proposals, and customer consultations.
• Develop territory growth strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
• Track sales activity and opportunities in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service and retention.
• Travel throughout the Austin market to support business development.
