Outside Sales Representative

Multifamily Services Industry, Austin, TX 78754, Direct Hire $60,000-$65,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Our client, a growing organization within the multifamily services industry, is seeking a Field Sales Representative to support business development efforts throughout the Austin market. This is an outside sales role focused on building relationships, generating new business, and growing market share within a defined territory.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys being out in the field, meeting with customers, and developing long-term business relationships. While sales experience is important, we would especially love to see candidates coming from the multifamily, property management, apartment services, facilities services, or related industries who already understand the market and key decision-makers.

Position Overview

This is a relationship-driven outside sales position responsible for developing new business opportunities while managing and expanding an existing customer base. The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time in the field meeting with property managers, regional managers, ownership groups, and other key stakeholders throughout the Austin area.

Candidates should be comfortable prospecting, generating leads, conducting presentations, and managing their own sales territory.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule & Territory

• Tuesday-Thursday: Field-based meetings and customer visits throughout the Austin market
• Monday & Friday: Work from home/territory planning and administrative responsibilities

Compensation

• Base salary: $60,000-$70,000
• Uncapped commission opportunity
