TechHuman seeks a skilled Network Technician for a mix of remote service desk and onsite/field support. You will work with Microsoft technologies, networking gear, and remote tools, while traveling to local sites as needed.

The role requires independent work, strong client interaction, and the ability to handle Tier 2 escalations in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are expected.

Qualificações

• Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Active Directory, and Intune administration.
• Hands-on networking experience with firewalls, switches, routers, and VPNs in multi-vendor environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier 2 remote service desk support for Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, AD, and Intune changes.
• Offer onsite and field support across the greater Austin area.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot networking equipment (Fortinet, Cisco, Meraki, Ubiquiti).
• Engage with RMM and backup tools for issue identification and action.
