Job summary

One Medical in Austin, TX is seeking current Family or Internal Medicine residents completing training in 2026 or 2027 to join our full-time clinical team. You will manage a patient panel, conduct acute and chronic visits, and participate in tele-health and in-office procedures, supported by a mentorship program and ongoing Clinical Rounds.

Texas license required or eligibility; base salary range $235,100–$264,500 with comprehensive benefits, 12-week onboarding, and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family or Internal Medicine residency program.
• Board-eligible or completed residency in Family or Internal Medicine; eligible to take next board exam.
• Texas license obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel across acute, chronic, and preventive care.
• Conduct in-office visits, testing centers, and occasional tele-health visits.
• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing education.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams to coordinate care.
• Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures when appropriate.
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues as needed.
